Bouchey earns Ph.D. from Brown University

ALAMOSA — Stephanie Nicole Quintana Bouchey, daughter of Ronald and Arliene Quintana of Alamosa, received her Ph.D. from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island on May 27.
