Black cited for Tuesday accident

ALAMOSA — Driver Marissa Black, 23, was cited for careless driving causing injury on Tuesday, Oct. 9, after the vehicle she was driving struck pedestrian William Drain, 71, at Fourth Street and State Avenue, Alamosa.
