ArtScape announces People’s Choice Award

ALAMOSA —The City of Alamosa’s ArtScape public art on loan program announced the 2017 People’s Choice Award Sculpture winner is “Johona-Mai” by Kasia Polkowska and Kyle Cunniff of Alamosa.
