August 3

•Nathanial Chacon, 25, Alamosa, was summoned for theft under $100, disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon at Wal Mart.

•Moses Vargas, 20, Del Norte, was summoned for disorderly conduct at Wal Mart.

•Karissa B. Rios, 19, Monte Vista, was summoned for disorderly conduct at Wal Mart.

•Brian Cooper, 30, Colorado Springs, was cited for failure to yield to the right-of-way when proceeding from a stop sign, #100, 4 points, and for failure to show compulsory insurance, $600, 4 points, at Clark Street and Del Sol Drive.

•David Oliver, 86, Center, was cited for failing to yield to the right-of-way when making a left hand turn, $100, 4 points, at Main Street and Walker Road.

•Theodore Colin Cunningham, 30, Alamosa, was cited for speeding, 41/25, $150, 4 points at the 1300 block of Main Street.



August 2

•Nicole Sonya Chavez, 33, Alamosa, was arrested and taken into custody at the Alamosa County Jail for criminal impersonation and identity theft at 7 Craft Drive. The district attorney requested a felony filing.

•A 10-year-old male, Alamosa, was summoned for criminal mischief at 213 Murphy Drive.

•Aaron Cagle, 26, Alamosa, was summoned for theft under $100 at Wal Mart.

•Amber Baca, 27, Del Norte, was summoned for disturbing the peace and theft under $100 at Wal Mart.

•A 16-year-old male, Alamosa, was cited for careless driving, $200, 4 points, at Wal Mart.

•James E. Ploger, 70, Longmont, was cited for careless driving, $200, 4 points, at Safeway.



August 1

•Orland Flavio Rivera, 37, Alamosa, was arrested and taken into custody at the Alamosa County Jail for violating a restraining order at 2005 Main Street.

•Robert Joseph Lanier, 56, was summoned for having an open container at Eighth Street and La Due Avenue.

July 31

•Tara Espinoza, 32, Alamosa, was arrested and taken into custody at the Alamosa County Jail for third degree assault, domestic violence and violating a restraining order at 522 11th Street.

•David Duncan, 66, Alamosa, was summoned for DUI and DUI per se at 15 Cottonwood Place.

•Rachel N. Armijo, 29, Canyon Pecos, New Mexico, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points, at 4th Street and Ross Avenue.

•Troy Gallegos, 44, Alamosa, was summoned for displaying expired license plates and for failing to present evidence of insurance.

•A 15 -year-old male was summoned for underage consumption of alcohol at the 1200 block of Ross Avenue.

•Jackson Carter Sayler, 19, Alamosa, was summoned for theft under $100 at Big R.

•Amanda Madrill, 25, Alamosa, was summoned for theft under $100 at Walgreens.



July 30

•Guerrero Reyes, 29, Alamosa, was arrested and taken into custody at the Alamosa County Jail for assault in the third degree, domestic violence, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance at 1227 Railroad Avenue. Bail was not set and the district attorney requested a felony filing. Evidence included .19 grams of heroin.

•Fantashia Saphire Aragon, 19, Alamosa, was cited for unsafe backing, $100, 2 points, at 1901 San Juan Avenue.

•Sixto Enrique Montanez III, 47, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points, at 11 Street and State Avenue.
