ALAMOSA COUNTY — A promise last week to remove long standing blight in 30 days forgave half of one Alamosa County property owner’s fines.
The Alamosa County Commissioners (ACC) unanimously found a single section manufactured home located at County Road 104 South to be blight during their last meeting of July, and made an agreement with Rosalie Amada Ruybal, the property owner, to slice her $450 blight violation tab in half — $225 — if she has the residence moved before the latter half of August.
