ALAMOSA COUNTY — Hoping to reach what they consider an “underserved market,” Manuel Fabian Castillo-Ortiz and Jessica Castillo are opening Grizzly Motors on Alamosa County Road 106 South and Highway 160 with the Alamosa County Commissioners' (ACC) blessing.
