Moses traveled for 40 years in the desert, he got to the place where he was finally going to see the promise land. Now he was going to have to fight. You may have felt like you have been in a desert yourself. Just like Moses you will have to fight for the promise. But, your fight isnít against another; your fight is against an enemy.
And they told him, and said, We came unto the land whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this is the fruit of it.
28 Nevertheless the people be strong that dwell in the land, and the cities are walled, and very great: and moreover we saw the children of Anak there.†
What is a nevertheless? I have a bad headache, nevertheless, I got to work? My husband left me, my wife left me, nevertheless I got to keep moving. I am bruised, I hurt, I feel beat up, nevertheless, I got to keep on moving. The enemy is attacking, nevertheless, I got to keep going. You will have a nevertheless in life.†
