The Woodlands, Texas — William (Bill) Wade Crump, 88, of The Woodlands, Texas, passed away on May 7, 2014.
He was born on April 9, 1926 to Leonard W. Crump and Florence Jeffery Crump.
He married Laurie Langford Crump in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death.
He earned his BS in Geophysical Engineering from Tulsa University. A Geophysical Engineer, Bill worked for Amerada Petroleum Corporation for 23 years.
Bill was a W. W. II veteran and member of the Masonic Lodge, Lions Club, Rocky Mountain Council Boy Scouts of America, St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church.
He had lived in The Woodlands, Texas for 25 years, having moved there from Dallas, Texas.
Surviving children are Catherine Patrick; Deborah Crump; and Jeff Crump. Surviving grandchildren are Brian Patrick; Kyle Patrick; Ashley Bies; and Christina Crump. Surviving great grandchildren are Alex Patrick; and Penny Patrick.
He was preceded in death by his wife Laurie L. Crump.
A Memorial Service was held May 10, 2014, in The Woodlands, Texas.
