CONEJOS — Bradley Douglas Faux, 21, Capulin, was bound over to District Court Thursday on 14 counts including first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse, false imprisonment, tampering with physical evidence, four crimes of violence, three counts of second-degree kidnapping and three counts of menacing.
The decision was rendered by Conejos County Judge Susan Broyles, who ordered that Faux continue to be held without bond, pending his appearance in District Court. Attorneys are working with the family and district court schedules to arrive at a suitable appearance date for Faux.
