ALAMOSA — Whether RV resort or healthy living park, the City of Alamosa is trying to be prepared for its new neighbor at the former Polston school property.
Current property owner Daniel Russell, who proposed an RV resort for the property, has agreed through court-mandated mediation to sell the property for $900,000 to the Keep Polston Public group, provided the group can raise the funding by June 27. KPP proposes a healthy living park on the former elementary school property on Highway 17 next to the Rio Grande.
