Marijuana rules likely in Saguache County soon

SAGUACHE — Preparing to replace a ban with conditional approval, Saguache County commissioners invited public input yesterday on requirements for marijuana operations in the county.

A few residents shared their thoughts and questions about proposed changes to Saguache County’s land development code to include marijuana-related businesses under the conditional use permit process. Saguache County Commission Chairman Linda Joseph said commissioners would likely take action during their next meeting.
