ALAMOSA — Alamosa officials received an appraisal late Tuesday for properties proposed in an exchange between Alamosa RV Resort on the Rio Grande Developer Dan Russell and the City of Alamosa.
The city released Appraiser Alan Williams’ report on Friday.
Williams, of Williams Valuation Services, Pueblo, appraised the Russell Tract, about 14 acres encompassing river, trails and parking area, at $100,000 and the Alamosa Tract, an area of the Alamosa Ranch encompassing about 18 acres, at $160,000.
