ALAMOSA — Allegations of secret activity have the Alamosa Board of Education (ABOE) reconsidering its public participation policies.
For almost a decade, the ABOE has only permitted public comments and questions regarding specific items on the agenda because of a past personnel issue. The policy has come under scrutiny over the past few months due to the Polston property lawsuit, which alleges the ABOE inappropriately conducted executive sessions.
