No crises arise in fire aftermath — yet

CREEDE — Despite a strong monsoon season, post West Fork Complex Fire (WFCF) events are tame.

On Friday, the Rio Grande Watershed Emergency Action Coordination Team (RWEACT) reported a short list of incidents, public safety and restoration plan implementation goals and that a hungry Rio Grande trout population is still swimming in the temporarily ash filled waters.
