March 26



• Tiffany Kay Medina, 23, Alamosa, was summoned at Big R for theft between $100 and $500. The incident marked the third time in a month that police have summoned Medina for theft-related charges.



April 29



• David Anthony Archuleta, 25, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 1700 block of State Avenue and summoned for violating a restraining order.

• Marvin Gregory Cordova, 43, Alamosa, was taken into custody for second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and theft. Police say they recovered a hammer, vise grips, a crescent wrench and a box of items that was allegedly taken from a storage unit in the 1800 block of State Avenue.

• Melissa Felicia Flores, 32, Alamosa, was summoned for reckless driving.

• Jordan Dylen Granillo, 18, Mosca, was cited for careless driving, $200, 4 points.

• Louise Angelina Herrera, 54, Alamosa, was summoned for reckless driving.



April 30



• Maria Gallegos, 67, San Luis, was cited for careless driving and compulsory insurance, $800, 8 points total.

• Luke Isaiah Jaramillo, 24, La Jara, was summoned for displaying expired number plates.

• Robert Kunecki, 40, Moffat, was summoned for displaying expired number plates (03-12) and operating an uninsured motor vehicle on a public roadway, 4 points.

• Susan S. Moineau, 53, Alamosa, was cited for compulsory insurance, $600, 4 points.

• Alazan Suazo, 35, Alamosa, was cited for compulsory insurance and following too closely, $750, 8 points total.



May 1



• Tyrel Wayne Barry, 22, Trinidad, was summoned for driving under the influence, DUI per se and careless driving, 28 points total.

• Michael Todd Gutwein, 45, Ft. Garland, and Kyle Jeffrey Woodward, 35, Alamosa, were summoned in the 1300 block of Main Street for disorderly conduct.

• Michael Jean, 60, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 700 block of 13th Street and summoned for violating a protection order.

• Annissa Deann Jones, Colorado Springs, was cited for speeding — 38 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.

• Rose Mary Mesa, 66, Alamosa, was cited for careless driving and compulsory insurance, $800, 8 points total.

• Angelic Merie Sanchez, 18, Alamosa, was summoned for underage consumption.

• Felix Marcos Sanchez, 54, Alamosa, was cited for failing to obey a traffic control light signal, $150, 4 points.

• Sarah Jean Thomas, 28, Alamosa, was summoned in the 300 block of 8th Street for theft between $100 and $500.

• Melissa Alexander, 46, Alamosa, was cited for speeding — 40 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.

• Anthony Clyde Archuleta, 58, Sanford, was cited for following too closely and compulsory insurance, $750, 8 points total.

• Christopher Miguel Arellano, 22, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.

• Damon Gregorio Garcia, 39, Alamosa, was cited for compulsory insurance, $600, 4 points.

• Jeremiah I. Gonzales, 21, Monte Vista, was cited for speeding — 52 miles per hour in a 35-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.

• Lee Jonathan Mitchell, 24, Denver, was summoned for driving under the influence, DUI per se and “vehicle not equipped/ defective license plate lamp.”

• Thomas Albert Nugent, 62, Alamosa, was cited for speeding — 38 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.

• Gordon Emil Schieman, 81, Salida, was cited for failing to obey a traffic control light signal, $150, 4 points.

• Michele I. Silva, 36, Alamosa, was cited for “child restraint system (4-16 YOA),” $100.
