March 29



• Ivan Suazo, 45, Alamosa, was summoned at Chief Liquor for theft under $100.



April 18



• Sean Himmelberg, 20, Centennial, was cited for speeding — 50 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone, $300, 6 points.



April 19



• A 17-year-old juvenile was summoned at Alamosa High School for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.



•David Madril, 40, Alamosa, was summoned for failing to obey a traffic control signal, driving a motor vehicle when a license is under restraint and “owner operated an uninsured motor vehicle.”



• David Leroy Medina, 68, Alamosa, was cited for speeding — 48 miles per hour in a 35-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.



• Tiffany Kay Medina, 23, Alamosa, was summoned at Walmart for theft under $500.



• Michael Henry Trujillo, 63, Monte Vista, was cited for speeding — 48 miles per hour in a 35-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.



April 20



• A 17-year-old juvenile was summoned in the 800 block of Weber Drive for disorderly conduct.



• Louise Marie Baier, 21, Alamosa, was summoned for failing to obey a traffic control signal, driving a motor vehicle when a license is under restraint (suspended) and operating an uninsured motor vehicle on a public roadway.



• Carla Marie Carson, 44, Alamosa, was cited for failing to obey a traffic control light signal, $150, 4 points.



• Vincent L. Chacon, 21, Romeo, was taken into custody in the 600 block of College Court for domestic violence, third-degree assault, criminal mischief (over $1,000) and obstruction of telephone services; no bail was set. Police asked the district attorney’s office to file criminal information and felony charges. In an earlier incident, police summoned Chacon at Weekends Tavern for harassment.



• Derrick Harrison, 34, Alamosa, was summoned in the 100 block of Ross Avenue for disorderly conduct and obstructing a police officer. Harrison refused to sign the summons.



• Skylar Lynn Long, 19, homeless/ Crestone/ Moffat, was cited for compulsory insurance, $600, 4 points.



• Rafael Julian Martinez, 22, Alamosa, was summoned in the 2000 block of 1st Street for criminal mischief.

• Vince Salazar, 39, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.



April 21



• Bradley Anthony Archuleta, 20, Alamosa, and Marcie Renee Quintana, 20, Alamosa, were summoned at Walmart for theft under $100 and possession of drug paraphernalia.



• William Crowder, 35, Alamosa, was summoned for driving under the influence, weaving and compulsory insurance.



• Trey Dale Duran, Jr., 25, Alamosa, was cited for unsafe backing, $100, 2 points.



• Amber Elizabeth Garcia, 24, Alamosa, was summoned at 13th Street and Edison Avenue for disturbing the peace/ disorderly conduct.



• Xandra Gonzales, 22, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 400 block of Alamosa Avenue for violating a restraining order, criminal mischief and criminal impersonation; her bail was set at $2,000. Police asked the district attorney’s office to prepare criminal information and felony charges.



• Cheryl Dee McCarty, 62, Alamosa, was cited for speeding — 51 miles per hour in a 35-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.



• Brittany Lynn Packham, 24, Ogden, Utah, was cited for speeding — 53 miles per hour in a 35-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.



• Marie Renee Quintana, 20, Alamosa, was summoned for driving a motor vehicle when a license is under restraint (denied).



• Serena Marie Salazar, 37, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 1100 block of Denver Avenue and summoned for domestic violence, harassment and false reporting to authorities.

In an earlier incident, Salazar was summoned in the 1300 block of Edison Avenue for disorderly conduct.
