March 8



Mavi Gina Valdez-Apodaca, 49, Alamosa, was cited for disregarding a traffic control device, $150, 4 points.



March 14



• A 13-year-old juvenile was summoned at Ortega Middle School for disturbing the peace/ disorderly conduct and interfering with an educational institution; a second 13-year-old juvenile was summoned for disorderly conduct and interfering with an educational institution.



• Angel Luis Nieto, 28, Alamosa, was summoned in the 1500 block of W. 5th Street for assault.



• Timothy Trujillo, 30, Alamosa, was taken into custody at San Luis Valley Community Corrections for first-degree introduction of contraband and second-degree possession of contraband. Police asked the district attorney’s office to file a summons and a complaint, and to move forward with criminal prosecution.

March 15



• A 17-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy were taken into custody in the 600 block of S. Craft Drive for third-degree assault, domestic violence and “delinquent child;” no bail was set for either juvenile. Police asked the district attorney’s office to file criminal information and juvenile petitions.



• Jennifer Rubin Lobato, 24, Pagosa Springs, was cited for failing to obey a traffic control light signal, $150, 4 points.



• Elizabeth C. Salazar, 19, Alamosa, was cited for disregarding a traffic control device.



• Eloy Dominick Sierra, 22, Alamosa, was summoned for false reporting to police.



March 16



• Tony Chavez, 34, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 1900 block of Mullins Avenue for driving under the influence of drugs, driving under restraint/ habitual traffic offender (aggravated), driving a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license and possession of drug paraphernalia; his bail was set at $2,500. Police asked the district attorney’s office to file a summons, complaint, criminal information and felony charges.



• Alfred Ibarra, 52, Alamosa was summoned in the 1100 block of Alamosa Avenue for obstructing and “unreasonable noise.”



• Eric Alan Ketch, 43, Shawnee, Okla., was summoned for driving without a valid license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, displaying fictitious number plates and making a left turn from the wrong position/ lane, 10 points total.



• Juliann Shreeve, 23, Alamosa, was summoned in the 1700 block of Denver Avenue for disorderly conduct.



March 17



• Javier Nungaray, 29, Pueblo West, was summoned in the 1200 block of Denver Avenue for obstructing a peace officer.



• Edgar Borunda-Villagran, 21, Monte Vista, was summoned in the 1200 block of Denver Avenue for obstructing a peace officer.



• Katherine Lin Vanmills, 59, Alamosa, was cited for compulsory insurance, $600, 4 points.



March 18



• Jarod Gabriel Martinez, 34, Alamosa, was cited for driving the wrong way on a one-way roadway, $150, 3 points.



• Chantalee Rathsavong, 21, Alamosa, was summoned for driving under restraint (revoked) and speeding — 48 miles per hour in a 35 mile-per-hour zone, 4 points.



• Kenneth Sanchez, 61, Alamosa, was cited for speeding — 50 miles per hour in a 35-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.



• Ashley Janelle Swanson, 18, Colorado Springs, was cited for compulsory insurance, $600, 4 points.
