• Holly Marie Coulson, 27, Alamosa, was summoned in the 800 block of Main Street for theft between $100 and $500.



March 2



• Christopher Aaron Nyquist, 44, Alamosa, was summoned at Big R for theft between $100 and $500.

• Faustino Marcelino Medina, 33, Alamosa, was summoned at San Luis Valley Community Corrections for unlawful sexual contact.

• Carlos Deleon, 24, San Luis, was summoned at Weekends Tavern for disorderly conduct.



• Christopher Mark Guodace, 27, Alamosa, was summoned at Walmart for theft under $100.



• Luis Madrid, 27, Alamosa, was summoned at Weekends Tavern for disorderly conduct.



• Kendrick D. Marquez, 23, Monte Vista, was summoned at Walmart for theft between $100 and $500.

• Janis Jada Quintana, 29, Alamosa, was cited for unlawfully parking in a handicapped parking space, $150.

• An unidentified individual was cited in the 10 block of State Avenue for “unlawful parking where prohibited or sign.”



• William Jennings Bryant, 20, Trinidad, was cited for “obstruction of view.”



• Adan Francisco-Lopez, 18, Alamosa, was summoned for driving a motor vehicle when a driver’s license has been revoked and driving a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license.



• Kerry W. Smith, Antonito, was cited in the 700 block of Graf Drive for unlawful parking — wrong side/ wrong direction, $25.



• Jose Alfredo Trujillo, 38, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 300 block of 9th Street and summoned for violation of a restraining order.



• Clint Albert Werthman, 32, Caρon City, was cited for speeding — 41 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.



March 12



• A 15-year-old juvenile was summoned at Alamosa High School for possession of marijuana.



• A 16-year-old juvenile was summoned at Alamosa High School for possession of marijuana.



• Ada Kathleen Boyce, 46, Alamosa, was summoned at Main Street and Victoria Avenue for driving under the influence, driving under restraint (revoked), careless driving and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, 20 points total.



• Claudia Ebet, 25, Alamosa, was cited for unsafe backing of a motor vehicle, $100, 2 points.



• Christopher Charles Johnson, 21, Ordway, was summoned at Walmart for theft.



• Candice Lynn Morgan, 24, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.



• Amir Obbehat, 32, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.



• Teri Lynn Sisneros, 39, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.



• Bradford Lee Whitecotton, 24, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.



March 13



• A 14-year-old juvenile and a 15-year-old juvenile were summoned at Ortega Middle School for disorderly conduct/ disturbing the peace; a 13-year-old juvenile and a 14-year-old juvenile were also summoned for disorderly conduct.



• A 15-year-old boy was taken into custody in the 800 block of Main Street for felony menacing; no bail was set. Police reported that they recovered a black crowbar from the scene. They asked the district attorney’s office to prepare a juvenile petition and a felony charge.

• Louisa Archuleta-Trujillo, 31, Alamosa, was cited for unlawful parking in a handicapped parking space, $150.

• Justin Wade Denison, 41, Caρon City, was cited for speeding — 38 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.



• Eden Y. Cruz Guzman, 20, Alamosa, was cited for speeding — 38 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.



• Dustin Richard Johnson, 29, Montrose, was cited for speeding — 39 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.



• Anthony Navares, 29, Alamosa, was summoned for driving under restraint (revoked); he was also cited for speeding — 41 miles per hour in a 35-mile-per-hour zone, 1 point.



• Jennifer Ann Solis, 37, Alamosa, was cited for failing to obey a traffic control device, $150, 4 points.



March 14



• An unidentified individual was cited in the 500 block of 11th Street for unlawful parking — wrong side/ wrong direction, $25.



• Nathaniel Archuleta, 21, Monte Vista, was taken into custody in the 220 block of Thomas Avenue and summoned for violation of a restraining order (alcohol).



• Brenda Borrego, 21, Alamosa, was cited for following too closely, $150, 4 points.



• Chastity Cisneros, 32, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 2000 block of 1st Street and summoned for violation of a restraining order.
