Letter to the Editor: Dear Congressman Tipton

Posted: Wednesday, Mar 13th, 2013

Once again America is at the crossroads, and once again the Republicans lack the backbone to stand up and take the lead. I am referring to the Republicans in the House including yourself when you voted to suspend the debt limit a month ago and borrow or should I say print another 300 to 400 billion dollars though this May. Prior to 2009, 400 billion dollars used to be what congress overspent in a year, now it is what Congress overspends in just the period of three months! The real difference of course is that Congress can no longer borrow all the money but is instead printing the vast majority of it out of nothing via the Federal Reserve!

In addition 30 Republicans recently signed a letter addressed to the party leadership asking them to defund Obama Care which you did not sign! I must ask why? My guess is that in the end the majority of Republicans in one way or another will probably support Obama Care even though House Speaker Boehner and the rest of the Republican leadership said earlier they would vote against such measures! After all it is estimated that Obama Care will cost an additional 6 trillion dollars and this when we are already running 1.6 trillion dollar annual deficits and printing close to 1.3 trillion of that out of thin air because we can no longer sell all our debt!

To add to this we have the stock market at just over fourteen thousand. On the surface this looks fantastic but once again when one begins to dig, it becomes obvious that much of this rally is based upon money that the Federal Reserve is again printing out of nothing and giving to banks and investment firms who are in turn investing in the stock market thereby artificially driving up the market.

As of 2013 the chief generator of new economic growth in the United States is no longer the private sector but government spending via the printed Monopoly Money of the Federal Reserve. This has never before happened to this extent!!

I truly wonder if you and your other Republican colleagues understand the horror that awaits this country should the dollar collapse! If you think my words are too strong think again!! Understand that with the collapse or massive devaluation of the dollar, what will also likely come is the collapse of the civil society as well, and then the 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition that Home land Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has recently amassed will come in to play in order to put down the riots! Do you see what is coming, or are you as blind as the congressman before you!! The question to ask is how long a 14 trillion dollar economy with world reserve currency status can continue to print 1.2 to 1.3 trillion dollar chunks of monopoly money per year and still have its currency retain its value! Remember we are now entering into year five of this unspeakable nonsense. Personally I give it another year or two and then we will likely see massive inflation and a possible monetary collapse, or to put it more simply, a dollar collapse!

To be blunt, the only task you should now have before you is to push for cuts in spending, and not in the billions of dollars per year but in the trillions! This is more important than your party allegiance; it is about the very survival of the United States. Let me put it this way; the problem from the alpha to the omega, from the beginning to the end, and from the first to the last, is spending!

In closing the one good thing that I can see about the Obama administration is that it has exposed the corruption of the Republican leadership itself, and for that I am grateful as we are now able to see clearly the people who need to go! Mr. Tipton, if you do not see what is coming, then perhaps you need to go and let someone else run for your seat. Perhaps that person will be me in another year when the Primary begins!
