ALAMOSA — An Alamosa couple was arrested Tuesday on charges related to an alleged robbery.
Alamosa Police Department officers first responded to a report of an incident in the 700 block of Eighth Street just after 7 p.m. on Feb. 12.
According to a press release from the department, the alleged victims claimed that a male and female party entered their vehicle, sprayed the driver with pepper spray and took their cash and a cell phone.
As the result of an investigation, 39-year-old Nathan M. Greer was arrested for robbery, a Class 4 felony, and theft, a Class 2 misdemeanor. Anne Marie Morgan-Greer, 28, was also arrested for “accessory to a crime — robbery,” a Class 5 felony.
In an unrelated Feb. 13 incident, officers responded to the parking lot behind jcpenney following a report of a subject breaking into vehicles.
Christopher Ray Rodriguez, 25, was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal trespass (a Class 5 felony), criminal attempt of first-degree criminal trespass (a Class 6 felony) and possession of drug paraphernalia (a Class 1 misdemeanor).
