• Veronica Archuleta, 29, Alamosa, was cited for “child restraint system” and speeding — 49 miles per hour in a 35-mile-per-hour zone, $250 total, 4 points.
• Joshua Adam Buhr, 29, Sanford, was summoned for displaying expired number plates, 4 points.
• Heidi Marie King, 34, Alamosa, was summoned for driving a motor vehicle with expired number plates (April 2012).
• Jeffrey Martinez, 58, was taken into custody in the 2000 block of Vigil Way and summoned for harassment and domestic violence.
• Leon Angelo Martinez, 21, San Luis, was cited for speeding — 40 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.
• Michael Anthony Martinez Samora, 27, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 400 block of Hunt Avenue and summoned for criminal impersonation; his bail was set at $2,000. Police asked the district attorney’s office to file a felony charge against him.

• Eric Atencio, 26, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 1800 block of State Avenue and summoned for third-degree burglary and criminal attempt; his bail was set at $2,000. Police asked the district attorney’s office to prepare criminal information regarding the incident.
• Brittney Pacheco, 25, Alamosa, was summoned in the 900 block of 4th Street for harassment.

• Angela Leigh Gonzales, 22, Alamosa, was summoned for driving a motor vehicle when a license is under restraint (denied).
• Nathan Greer, 28, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 700 block of 8th Street and summoned for theft between $100 and $500 and robbery; Anne Marie Morgan-Greer, 28, was taken into custody and summoned for being an accessory to a crime.
• Christopher Ray Rodriguez, 25, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 600 block of 4th Street for theft from a motor vehicle, first-degree criminal trespass (vehicle), possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal attempt to commit criminal trespass (vehicle); his bail was set at $5,000.
• Jill Kathleen Rorick, 31, Alamosa, was summoned for driving when a license is under restraint (denied) and displaying expired number plates.

• Edgar A. Leiva, 35, Commerce City, was taken into custody for second-degree assault; his bail was set at $10,000. Police asked the district attorney’s office to prepare criminal information, along with a felony charge.
