January 27

• Kayla Marie Maes, 24, Ft. Garland, was summoned at Walmart for theft.



January 28

• Joseph Earl Bailon, 34, Alamosa, was taken into custody near Walmart for theft, conspiracy to commit theft and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance; his bail was set at $10,000. Police asked the district attorney’s office to file felony charges against Bailon.

• Nicole Yasmin Malouff, 25, Alamosa, was taken into custody near Walmart for theft, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and driving under the influence of drugs; her bail was set at $10,000. Police asked the district attorney’s office to file felony charges against Malouff.

• Christopher Medina, 20, Ft. Garland, was summoned at Walmart for theft between $100 and $500.

• Keya Marie Pobanz, 24, Alamosa, was taken into custody for theft, conspiracy to commit theft, identity theft, criminal possession of a financial device and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance; her bail was set at $10,000. Police asked the district attorney’s office to file felony charges against Pobanz.

• James Michael Ryan, 19, San Luis, was summoned at Walmart for theft between $100 and $500.

• Michael L. Smiley, 24, Alamosa, was taken into custody at San Luis Valley Community Corrections for second-degree introduction of contraband and unlawful possession of synthetic cannabinoids; his bail was not set.

• Lonnie Espinoza, 30, Alamosa, was summoned for criminal mischief.

• Ray Anthony Ruybal, 36, Alamosa, was summoned for criminal mischief.

• Lawrence Arnold Atencio, 58, Monte Vista, was cited for unsafe backing, $100, 2 points.

• Aaron D. Cagle, 25, Monte Vista, was summoned in the 2000 block of 1st Street for violation of a restraining order.

• Keith Charles Coley, 35, Sanford, was cited for following too closely, $150, 4 points.

• A 16-year-old juvenile was summoned for possession of tobacco by a minor.

• Ryan Paul Buckley, 28, Monte Vista, was cited for unsafe backing of a vehicle, $100, 2 points.

• Nicholas Allen Grosshardt, 25, Monte Vista, was taken into custody at Walmart for felony menacing and disorderly conduct; his bail was set at $5,000.

• Dillon Larson, 23, Alamosa, was summoned for displaying expired number plates.

• Eduardo Alcantar, 19, Alamosa, was summoned for failing to display lamps when required and driving when a license has been suspended, 2 points.

• Jamie Denise Berry, 20, Alamosa, was summoned for disturbing the peace/ disorderly conduct.

• Andrea Renee Gonzales, 29, Alamosa, was summoned in the 1400 block of W. 11th Street for assault.

• Kylie Harris, 19, La Jara, was summoned for displaying expired number plates.

• Rosabelle Martinez, 70, Questa, N.M., was cited for careless driving, $200, 4 points.

• Alberta Marie Chavez, 35, Alamosa, was summoned for driving under the influence of drugs and displaying expired number plates, 12 points.

• Donna Cordova, 23, Sanford, was summoned for driving under restraint (suspended), number plate not clearly visible and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, 4 points.

• Robert William Fernandez, 37, Alamosa, was summoned in the 1000 block of State Avenue for domestic violence and third-degree assault.



February 4

• Jay Michael Cogburn, 26, Alamosa, was summoned at Walmart for theft under $100.

• Sunni Arisa Vargas, 22, Manassa, was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way when proceeding from a stop sign, $100, 4 points.
