• Kayla Marie Maes, 24, Ft. Garland, was summoned at Walmart for theft.



January 28

• Joseph Earl Bailon, 34, Alamosa, was taken into custody near Walmart for theft, conspiracy to commit theft and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance; his bail was set at $10,000. Police asked the district attorney’s office to file felony charges against Bailon.

• Nicole Yasmin Malouff, 25, Alamosa, was taken into custody near Walmart for theft, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and driving under the influence of drugs; her bail was set at $10,000. Police asked the district attorney’s office to file felony charges against Malouff.

• Christopher Medina, 20, Ft. Garland, was summoned at Walmart for theft between $100 and $500.

• Keya Marie Pobanz, 24, Alamosa, was taken into custody for theft, conspiracy to commit theft, identity theft, criminal possession of a financial device and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance; her bail was set at $10,000. Police asked the district attorney’s office to file felony charges against Pobanz.

• James Michael Ryan, 19, San Luis, was summoned at Walmart for theft between $100 and $500.

• Michael L. Smiley, 24, Alamosa, was taken into custody at San Luis Valley Community Corrections for second-degree introduction of contraband and unlawful possession of synthetic cannabinoids; his bail was not set.

• Donna Cordova, 23, Sanford, was summoned for driving under restraint (suspended), number plate not clearly visible and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, 4 points.

• Robert William Fernandez, 37, Alamosa, was summoned in the 1000 block of State Avenue for domestic violence and third-degree assault.

• Jay Michael Cogburn, 26, Alamosa, was summoned at Walmart for theft under $100.
