January 23

• Colby Joseph Hunt, 22, Alamosa, was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way when making a left-hand turn, $100, 4 points.

• Billy Mott, 28, Alamosa, was summoned at Walmart for theft under $100.

• Robert Jareth Pierce, 24, Crestone, was summoned at Main Street and Ross Avenue for driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more, 24 points total.



January 24

• Bradley Scott Atencio, 24, Alamosa, was summoned at 1st Street and Pike Avenue for driving a vehicle without a valid driver’s license and driving a vehicle when a license is under restraint, 3 points total.

• Samuel Guymon, 31, La Jara, was cited for compulsory insurance, $600, 4 points.



January 25

• Randall Allen Cisneros, 42, Alamosa, was summoned for theft between $100 and $500.



January 26

• Jason Corbert Chorder, 44, Alamosa was taken into custody and summoned for violation of a protection order.

• Rickey Curley, 48, Alamosa, was summoned in the 400 block of State Avenue for open container/ alcoholic beverage.



January 27

• Sasah Poole Cantu, 32, Alamosa, was summoned in the 2000 block of 1st Street for disturbing the peace/ disorderly conduct and resisting/ obstructing a police officer.

• Ernesto Michel, 42, Alamosa, was summoned at State Avenue and Main Street for criminal mischief.

• Jason Richard Mosco, 19, Monte Vista, was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way when proceeding from a stop sign, $100, 4 points.



January 29

• Christopher S. Chavez, 37, Pueblo, was taken into custody at 425 Main St. and summoned for violation of a restraining order.

• Michael L. Raymond, 23, Alamosa, was summoned in the 400 block of Denver Avenue for disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and resisting arrest. Police say that Raymond refused to sign the summons.
