Letter: A thanks and a correction

Posted: Friday, Jan 25th, 2013

First off I want to thank you for printing my last letter, may GOD bless you and your families with much abundance, GOD bless those whom read that article and responded ever so quickly. I will never forget your kindness, and I will not let you down. I pray GOD also bless you and your families for generations to come.  When I wrote that letter to you I never in a million years would have believed that I would see such a great return, but I was blessed by GOD and doors have been opened for me, PRAISE GOD.  Understand all you readers out there, the words in that letter were not my own, they were words from the LORD; I was merely used as a tool to convey GODS thoughts.

After printing my letter, I was blessed by GOD with full time employment. After so much wasted time, trying to make things happen by my own words and deeds, and truth is all I had to do is truly believe in my Father above and his power and submit to his will and his authority. It saddens me to realize that our people have turned so far from the truth, leaving the most important piece of life’s journey to sit in the shadows, when truth is we are nothing without GOD. The creator of the heavens and earth and all life within, and we as a people have allowed the prince of this dark age to deceive us into believing that we can create our own destiny, by the works and deeds of our misguided hearts and hands. I give ALL my thanks, praise and glory to the LORD above. Without you, I would be nothing… Thank you from the bottom of my heart…

My brothers and sisters out there reading this, I hope this serves as an example to all of GODS love and grace. If you are lost in the darkness, pray; turn your life to GOD, he will be faithful to forgive you, and bless you with grace and mercy. If you are lost on how to go about making that happen, contact me, GOD sent me to do his will and I am eager to help ALL….My contact information is at the bottom of this letter, or I can be found each Sunday in church services at the River Of Life Church. Come visit we are always happy to receive new brothers and sisters in Christ. I hope to hear from everyone out there in need, and eager to help in anyway the LORD allows me.

In closing I had a small correction I needed to make regarding my grandmother, I used perhaps a poor choice of words to convey, which was immaterial to the overall meaning of the article, however I would like to correct my choice of words. My grandparents are not feeble, they are very strong people, perhaps some of the strongest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing in my life. They are older now and I pray for their good health and joy for many years to come yet. I respect them very much for all they have done for me in my life and out of respect for them I wish to retract the previous comment that they are feeble. They aren’t feeble, they are getting older in years and the problems that come with old age are present but never would I describe them as feeble. I am sorry for my choice of words grandma and grandpa I love you. Thank You Valley Courier.
