• Keith Allen Flodstrom, 60, Boulder, was cited for disregarding a traffic control device, $150, 4 points.
• David Lauro, 20, Monte Vista, was taken into custody at Walmart for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and theft under $100; his bail was set at $10,000. Police asked the district attorney’s office to prepare criminal information and to file felony charges.
• Amanda Martinez, 20 Alamosa, was summoned at 802 State Avenue for theft under $100 and criminal mischief.
• Amanda Jo Phillips (Stemler), 33, Alamosa, was taken into custody for domestic violence, harassment, criminal mischief and violation of a protection order.

• Steven Bakke, 42, Gainesville, Fla., was taken into custody in the 500 block of State Avenue and summoned for harassment, violation of a restraining order, domestic violence, failure to remain at the scene of an accident, careless driving causing bodily injury, driving under the influence and driving a vehicle under revocation.
• Ashley Garcia, 20, Antonito, was cited for driving 46 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone, $150, 4 points.

• A 16-year-old juvenile was summoned at Walmart for harassment.
• Oscar Gabriel Gonzales, 33, La Jara, was taken into custody at 621 Main St. and summoned for domestic violence (enhanced), third-degree assault and child abuse.

• A 17-year-old boy was cited for following too closely, $150, 4 points.
• Cesar Chacon-Reyna, 30, Dillon, was taken into custody at Walmart for criminal impersonation; his bail was set at $2,000. Police asked the district attorney’s office to prepare criminal information.
• Rosa Cortez, 19, Manassa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.
• Angelica Doreen Gonzales, 23, Monte Vista, was cited for failing to dim high beam lights, $60, 2 points.
• Kevin Lynn Hogan, 26, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.
• Doris Ozella Jack, 74, Alamosa, was cited for failing to use turn signals, $100, 2 points.
• Ricky Manzanares, 47, Alamosa, was summoned for driving when revoked as a habitual traffic offender, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failing to dim high beams, 6 points total.
• Mary Rose Galingon Smith, 20, Alamosa, was cited for failing to obey a traffic control light signal, $150, 4 points.

• A 16-year-old girl was summoned for violating restrictions on a temporary instructions permit, failing to give information or aid after damaging another vehicle and failing to notify policy of an accident, 27 points total.
• Lance Benjamin Crispin, 33, Antonito, was summoned for driving a vehicle when a license is under restraint (suspended) and “uninsured motor vehicle.”
• Aaron T. Munoz, 24, Alamosa, was taken into custody at the San Luis Valley Community Corrections Center for second-degree introduction of contraband. Police say they recovered 59 “spice” cigarettes from the scene. (“Spice” is synthetic marijuana.)
January 16
• Michael Vaughn Acuna, 18, Alamosa, was summoned at 802 State Avenue for theft under $100.
• Karen Irene Hawkinson, 57, Alamosa, was summoned for driving a motor vehicle when a license is under restraint (denied).
January 17
• Christopher George Bauman, 26, Salida, was summoned for disorderly conduct.
• Bobby Espinoza, 38, Leadville, was taken into custody at 2065 1st St. for second-degree assault on a peace officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest; his bail was set at $10,000. Police asked the district attorney’s office to prepare criminal information and to file felony charges.
• Jered Ryan Ryberg, 26, Leadville, was summoned for disorderly conduct.
