• Benito Sandoval, 33, Alamosa, was summoned for failing to remain at the scene of an accident and unsafe backing.



December 30

• Tiffany Levy, 29, Crestone, was summoned for displaying expired number plates.

• Lawrence Martinez, 54, Pueblo, was cited for changing lanes when unsafe, $150, 3 points.



December 31

• Zachary Joseph Garthoff, 25, Lawrence, Kan., was cited for failing to obey a traffic control light signal, $150, 4 points.

• Starla Mae Meek, 20, Monte Vista, was cited for following too closely, $150, 4 points.

• Bruce James Robert, 63, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 600 block of Main Street and summoned for violating a restraining order and harassment.



January 1

• A 16-year-old juvenile was summoned for driving under the influence, driving while ability impaired, driving under the age of 21 with a blood alcohol content of over 0.02 and underage consumption of alcohol, 24 points total.

• Rodolfo Tomas Felix, 21, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 600 block of S. Craft Drive and summoned for violating a restraining order.

• Katrina Danielle Thaden, 28, Golden, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.

• Isaiah Wilson, 24, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 600 block of S. Craft Drive and summoned for violating a restraining order.



January 2

• Emilio Lobato, Jr., 76, San Luis, was cited for failing to obey a traffic control light signal, $150, 4 points.

• Vernon Paul Mott, 27, Alamosa, was taken into custody at Walmart for tampering with physical evidence and theft under $500.
