• Aaron Darius Gallegos, 19, San Luis, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control light signal, $150, 4 points.



December 17

• Alexander Uran, 24, Alamosa, was cited for compulsory insurance, $600, 4 points.

• Matthew Diego Le Blanc, 22, Center, was summoned for driving a vehicle while under a Financial Responsibility Act suspension.

• Ivan Suazo, 44, Alamosa, was summoned in the 2200 block of Lava Lane for criminal mischief/ injury to property.



December 21



• James Leland Horton, Jr., 49, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 2500 block of Chico Street for possession of burglary tools, first-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree criminal trespassing; his bail was set at $2,000. Police say they recovered a five-gallon gas can and two hoses from the scene.

• Ernest Jacquez, 59, Alamosa, was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way when proceeding from a stop sign, $100, 4 points.



December 23



• Abby Garcia, 47, Alamosa, was summoned for driving under the influence of drugs, driving under restraint (suspended), displaying fictitious number plates and making a left turn from an improper position/ lane, 15 points total.

• Bryan Eugene Hill, 55, Colorado Springs, was cited for failing to obey a traffic control light signal, $150, 4 points.

• Bradford L. Whitecotton, 24, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 1700 block of State Avenue and summoned for domestic violence, harassment, criminal mischief and child abuse.

• Valerie Lee Gonzales, 33, Alamosa, was summoned for driving a vehicle when a license is under restraint (revoked).

• Michael Angelo Lester, 42, Alamosa, was summoned at Walmart for theft between $100 and $500.

• Seryina Justine Trujillo, 21, Commerce City, was notified to appear in municipal court on Jan. 4 for resisting/ obstructing a police officer; police say she refused to sign a summons.



December 25

• Brenda Borrego, 20, Alamosa, was cited for compulsory insurance, $600, 4 points.

• Joseph Lee Trujillo, 37, Alamosa, was summoned for driving a vehicle when a license is under restraint (revoked) and failing to display lamps when required.



December 26

• Jason Churden, 49, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 1900 block of Main Street and summoned for assault III and domestic violence.

• Jose Antonio Correa, 55, Alamosa, was taken into custody at 71 State Avenue and summoned for harassment and domestic violence.

• Jacob Jesus Juarez, 21, Alamosa, was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license, $35, 3 points.

• Nathan Manuel Greer, 38, was summoned at Walmart for misdemeanor theft.

• Nicole Marie Sandoval, 28, Alamosa, was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way when proceeding from a stop sign, $100, 4 points.

• Jolene Rose Martinez, 48, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 1000 block of 7th Street and summoned for domestic violence, harassment (M3) and child abuse (M3).
