Wild horse shooter reward now $2,000

COSTILLA COUNTY — The reward for information, the arrest and conviction of the shooters who shot two wild horses by the Rio Grande and another by Melby Ranch/Wild Horse Mesa is now $2,000. Animal Legal Defense Fund, The Cloud Foundation and individuals are sponsoring the reward.

The suspect vehicle from the Rio Grande shootings is a Silver Ford King Cab with New Mexico plates. Four individuals were in the cab and the shooter in the bed. Anyone with information, please turn them in.
