• Patrick Michael Brinkhaus, 20, Alamosa, was cited in the 1300 block of Main Street for driving 10 to 19 miles per hour over the posted speed limit — 42 miles per hour in a 25 mile-per-hour zone.

• Vickie Lynn Egan, 59, Alamosa, was summoned for displaying expired number plates.

• Juan Sarmiento Reyes, 22, Alamosa, was summoned for disregarding a traffic control device and driving without a valid operator’s license, 7 points total.

• Paul Christopher Bryant, 38, Alamosa, was summoned in the 700 block of 1st Street for harassment and domestic violence.

• Rodrigo Lopes, 37, Alamosa, was summoned for failing to use a turn signal and driving under the influence; Lopes refused to sign the summons, according to a police report.
