Alamosa County Sheriff's Report

October 26



• A juvenile male on South Highway 285 was taken into custody on a warrant for failure to appear at the sheriff’s office. The juvenile was transported to the sheriff’s office and the emergency room for medical clearance, since he was allegedly intoxicated at the time. He was eventually cleared and transported to the Alamosa Youth Detention Facility, where he was released to staff without further incident.

• Deanna Angelique Lucero was taken into custody at 8719 S. Highway 285 for being a fugitive from another jurisdiction, after she contacted authorities and volunteered to turn herself in. Lucero, who has a pre-existing medical condition, was transported to the emergency room for medical clearance at the jail staff’s request. She was then cleared and transported to the Alamosa County Jail without further incident.



November 8



• Michelle Lopez, 20, was taken into custody at the Alamosa County Courthouse on an outstanding warrant for failure to comply. Lopez arrived at the courthouse to attend court hearings on other matters, and once those proceedings were done, she was transported to the Alamosa County Detention Center.



November 13



• Garold Lance Gunter was taken into custody at the Alamosa County Courthouse on an outstanding warrant. After Gunter completed his court sessions, he was transported to the Alamosa County Detention Center.

• Mark Anthony Trujillo, 21, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. A sheriff’s deputy first responded to an “officer needed” alarm coming from the Alamosa County Combined Courthouse Clerk’s Office, and was then advised that Trujillo was wanted on an outstanding warrant. Trujillo was eventually transported to the Alamosa County Detention Center.



November 14



• Francine Ramona Cisneros, 30, was taken into custody at the Alamosa County Combined Courthouse on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear and transported to the county detention center.

• Daniel Jacob Romero, 28, was taken into custody at the Alamosa County Courthouse on an outstanding Conejos County Sheriff’s warrant for disorderly conduct. Once his court proceedings concluded, he was transported to the Alamosa County Detention Center.



November 15



• Stacey Marquez, 34, was taken into custody at the courthouse clerk’s office on an outstanding warrant and transported to the county detention center.



November 16



• Sergio Rangel, 24, reported to the Alamosa County Jail to turn himself in on a possibly active warrant. He was arrested and brought into the facility without incident after the jail confirmed the warrant was active.
