Moose stomp Tigers in non-conference clash Tuesday night

ALAMOSA — The Alamosa Mean Moose bested the Del Norte Tigers in a non-conference game on Tuesday night here at Alamosa High School.

The game served as the Mean Moose’s home opener as they lost their two previous games this past weekend. The Moose won by a score of 78-33.

Samuel Bilderbeck was the lead scorer for the Mean Moose with 19 points. Ryan Martinez was two points back with 17 and Zach Meyer tallied 15.

Hayden Bell led the Tigers with 10 points.

Alamosa will be back in action on Thursday when they participate in the Espanola Valley tournament while the Tigers will host Sierra Grande on Friday.
