• Lane Malouff, 27, Alamosa, was taken into custody for domestic violence and second degree assault. No bail was set, and the district attorney’s office was asked to prepare a summons and complaint.



November 30



• Albert Dunn, 23, Manassa, was cited for displaying expired number plates and summoned for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, 4 points.



• A 17-year-old juvenile from Monte Vista was cited and summoned for displaying expired number plates.



• Oscar Roberto Felipe Gaspar, 19, Alamosa, was cited for driving a motor vehicle when a license is under restraint and failure to stop as required at a stop sign. He was also cited and summoned for failure to drive vehicle in the right lane as required.



• Jessica Lynn, 30, Alamosa, was taken into custody in the 100 block of Blanca Avenue and summoned for criminal impersonation. Her bail was set at $2,000.



• Juana Diego Nicolas, 49, Alamosa, was cited and summoned for permitting an unlicensed person to drive a vehicle.

• Pedro Francisco, 39, Alamosa, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control light signal, $150, 4 points.



• Pamela Larson, 36, Alamosa, was cited for driving while revoked and defective headlight.



• Lane Scott Malouff, 27, Alamosa, was summoned for driving a vehicle without a valid driver’s license and driving a vehicle when a license has been revoked.



• Erma Martinez, 39, Alamosa, was summoned for false reporting to police, $50.



• Ramon Fabian Martinez, 27, Chama, N.M., was taken into custody at detox for open container.



• Jonathan Trujillo, 31, Alamosa, was cited and summoned for driving while ability impaired, defective license plate lamps and number plate not clearly visible, 8 points.

• Alfonso Jimmy Atencio, Alamosa, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, $150, 4 points.



• Christopher Ryan Dickerson, 26, Alamosa, was taken into custody at Blanca Vista Park for unlawful possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance, violation of a restraining order and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,000.



• Eric Ray Thurston, 23, Alamosa, was taken into custody at Blanca Vista Park for criminal impersonation, unlawful possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $2,000.
