•Cassidy Cordova, 19, Salida, was cited for theft under $100 at Wal Mart.

•Bailey Elizabeth Corbin, 21, Center, was summoned for theft and conspiracy at 157 Craft Drive.

•Vince Barela, 51, Center, was summoned for driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and driving a vehicle with a restrained license.

•Alexis Cordova, 28, Alamosa, a previous offender, was summoned and taken into custody at the Alamosa County Detention Center for fraud by check, forgery and criminal possession of a forged instrument at 2204 Thompson Avenue. Bail was set and the District Attorney requested a criminal possession.

•Bryan James Suazo, 21, Alamosa, a previous offender, was summoned and taken into custody at the Alamosa County Jail for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and theft at 529 Main Street. Bail was set at $10,000. Physical evidence included a Milagros video.
