October 17

•Moses Martinez was summoned for speeding, 71/55, and for driving with a suspended license.



October 21

•Oscar Murray reported a broken window on his 2000 Chevy Impala parked on Highway 160. He said he heard glass shatter around 3 a.m., but did not find the actual damage until the next morning, according to the report. He added that he thought it could have been someone from the Purple Pig because the night before he was involved in a fight between two girls and their friends at the establishment.

The case remains open pending any additional information.



October 22

•Kathy Sabin was issued a summons for disorderly conduct at her home on San Luis Avenue. Her neighbors, Adam Duran and Sasha Sandusky, reported to the office she had been habitually yelling out her front door, causing their infant to wake up, according to the report.

•Reymundo Ruiz was arrested and taken into custody on a warrant out of Grand Junction.



October 24

•Mackenzie Dickey was arrested at the Alamosa Combined Courthouse and taken into custody at the Alamosa Detention Center on two Rio Grande County warrants.

•After officers found evidence of his vehicle and consulted video surveillance, Matthew Gray was issued, but not served, a summons for driving with a suspended license and careless driving. According to the report, witnesses told officers Gray had been at a gas station in La Jara before being seen almost hitting a truck head on before overcorrecting, going into the ditch on south Highway 285 and walking away from his vehicle left on private property into a field. The property owner did not want to file trespassing charges, but officers did find a rifle and a semi-automatic rifle in the vehicle that was confiscated. The case is closed pending any further information.



October 28

•Uriah Martinez was arrested and taken into custody at the Alamosa County Detention Center on an Alamosa Police Department failure to appear warrant.
