October 25

•Billie May Anderson, 34, Mosca, was summoned for failing to report to authorities.



October 30

•Jeffery Hal Lewis, 64, Blanca, was summoned for theft under $100 at Wal Mart.



October 31

•Michael Steven Holmes, 28, Alamosa, was summoned and taken into custody for violating a restraining order, driving a vehicle with a restrained license and driving with expired number plates at 1200 block of Main Street.

•Jason Sisneros, 37, Alamosa, was summoned and taken into custody for violating a restraining order at 716 Twelfth Street.

•Drake Johnson, 36, Alamosa, was summoned for cruelty to animals and for having an animal rider on the highway while under the influence of alcohol.

•Isaiah Samuel Abeyta, 20, Del Norte; Cooper Marks, 19, Alamosa; Emelie Nicole Barnett, 20 Greensville, S.C. and Alexander Nelson, 20, Alamosa, were summoned for underage consumption at 222 La Veta Avenue.

•Kimberly King, 29, Manassa, was summoned for displaying expired number plates and operating an uninsured vehicle.

•Roberto Sierra, 22, Alamosa, was summoned and taken into custody at the Alamosa County Jail for second degree burglary, criminal mischief and theft at 1611 Edison Avenue. Bail was set at $10,000 and the District Attorney requested a felony filing. Physical evidence included security video.

•Nancy Miles Saxton, 50, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $150, 4 points.

•Alexander Jones, 22, Alamosa, was summoned for failing to stop at a stop sign, 4 points, and driving with a restrained license.

•Andrew Blake Dutton-Tapper, 24, Alamosa, was driving with a restrained license and displaying expired license plates.



November 1

•Colton Abeyta, 23, Monte Vista, was summoned and taken into custody at the Alamosa County Jail for second degree assault on a peace officer and resisting arrest at 106 Blanca Avenue. Bail was set at $10,000 and the District Attorney requested a felony filing.

•Joel Barnett, 24, Alamosa, was summoned for criminal mischief at 221 Vigil Way.



November 2

•Isaiah Medina, 18, Alamosa, and juveniles, one aged 14 and three others aged 15, all of Alamosa, were summoned for underage consumption at 1913 Estrella Place.

•Dante Espinoza, 19, Denver, was summoned for possession of less than eight ounces of marijuana at the 2400 block of Main Street.

•Michael Goodart, 65, Alamosa, was summoned for failing to turn on headlights when required, driving under the influence of alcohol and theft under $100 at Third Street and Ross Avenue.

•Francine Romona Cisneros, 30, Alamosa, was summoned for driving with a suspended license.

•Stephanie Ann Quintana, 32, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.



November 3

•Felisha M. Cordova, 32, community corrections, was summoned and taken into custody for introducing contraband in the first degree and possession of contraband in the first degree at community corrections. Bail was set at $10,000 and physical evidence included 800 mg tabs, a cell phone and cash.

•Arthur Espinoza III, 31, Fort Garland, was summoned for assault on west Sixth Street. He refused to sign the ticket.

•Kjirsten Annaliesa Keller, 35, Alamosa, was summoned for speeding, 54/25, 6 points, driving under the influence of alcohol, 12 points and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or above.

•A juvenile, 17, Alamosa, was cited for failing to driving in a single lane. $150, 3 points.



November 4

•Antonio Jose Ozuna, 23, Alamosa, was summoned and taken into custody for violating a restraining order, driving with a restrained license and driving under the influence of alcohol on Craft Drive.

•TJ Michael Maestas, 22, San Pablo, was summoned for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se and failing to yield to the right-of-way when entering a highway.

•Xavier Wilson, 26, Alamosa, was summoned because his vehicle impeded traffic to pick up pedestrians and for driving under the influence of alcohol.

•Robert Rice, 63, Alamosa, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, $100, 4 points.
