•Isaiah Le-Abram, 18, Alamosa, was summoned for assault at 1700 State Avenue.



September 28

•Aaron Lintermoot, 27, Sullivan, Mo., was cited for careless driving, $200, 4 points.

•A juvenile, 16, was summoned for theft between $100 and $500 at Wal Mart.

•Trembly Milagros Daculis, 70, Alamosa, was cited for failing to yield to the right-of-way when proceeding from a stop sign, $100, 4 points.

•Two juveniles, 14, were summoned for possessing alcohol at Ortega Middle School at 7:30 a.m.



September 29

•Jaime Ceballos, 31, Denver, was summoned and taken into custody for violating a restraining order at 707 Hunt Avenue.

•Frank Lee Jiron, 48, Antonito, was cited for unsafely backing a vehicle, $100, 2 points.

•Jeff Ignacio Martinez, 43, Alamosa, was summoned for driving under the influence, 12 points; driving under the influence per se, 12 points; and failing to turn on headlights when required, 2 points.

•Ryan Neil Hatfield, 25, Alamosa, was cited for careless driving, $200, 4 points.

•Terisa Ann Hoops, 43, Monte Vista, was cited for following too closely, $150, 4 points.



September 30

•Kevin Warren, 23, Alamosa was summoned and taken into custody for criminal mischief and domestic violence at 1405 West Eleventh Street.

•Nikko Donahue-Barnes, 18, an Adams State University student, was summoned with theft between $100 and $500 at Wal Mart.

•Jose Gerardo Mendez Flores, 21, Alamosa, was summoned for driving with a cancelled license, displaying expired license plates and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

•Barry Wilson, 50, Springfield, Mo., was cited for speeding, 38/25, $150, 4 points.

•Joey R. Johnson, 54, Alamosa, was summoned for harassment at 913 State Avenue.
