BURNT RANCH, Calif. — Adrian Lee Rael, 39, passed away August 21, 2012 in Burnt Ranch, Calif. Adrian was born January 17, 1973 to Lino J. Espinoza and Carmela Marines in Alamosa, Colo.
Adrian attended Alamosa elementary and middle school and high school in Kansas City, Missouri. Adrian lived in the Alamosa and Monte Vista area most of his life. He worked many years for Murray’s Carpet until his move to California in 2006. Adrian enjoyed his work as a flooring expert and working on cars, especially his “El Camino”. He touched many hearts throughout his life’s journey and made life long friends.
He is survived by his mother Carmela Marines of Alamosa, his daughter and grandson Cynthia and Isaiah Sanchez of Denver, his brother Steven (Tessa) Rael of Denver, his sister Antoinette (Alvaro) Ramirez of Loveland, nephews and nieces Ronnie, Gilbert, Samantha, Manuel, Lita, Celia, and Benecio, uncles Antonio (Rose) Rael, Fred (Rosa) Rael, William Rael and Leo (Patty) Rael, Auntie Rosie Sierra, numerous cousins, as well as, his best friend John Sexton and “California Family.”
Adrian was preceded in death by his father Lino Espinoza, sister Marie Vivian Rael, grandmother Maria Hayter, uncle Alex Martinez and aunts Ramoncita Montoya and Ferminia Martinez.
Adrian will be remembered by everyone as “a valiant guy” who possessed morality, spirituality, who never stole or lied and had integrity and respect for everyone. He never judged anyone and was always forgiving.
A Vigil service with recitation of the Rosary will be held on Friday, September 28, 2012 at 7 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Alamosa. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 10 a.m. also at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Alamosa Cemetery. Romero Funeral Home of Alamosa is in care of the arrangements.
