August 27

•Daniel Jacon Ontiveros, 23, Blanca, was summoned, but not yet taken into custody, for first-degree criminal trespassing and theft at 1011 Main Street on August 21. Physical evidence includes security footage of the incident at Trinidad State Junior College. The department has issued an arrest warrant and the District Attorney requested a felony filing.



August 28

•Toni Rae Fernandez, 24, Alamosa, was summoned and taken into custody at the Alamosa County Detention Center for third-degree burglary and theft at 419 Main Street.

•James Leroy Martinez, 52, Alamosa, was cited for speeding, 51/35, $150, 4 points.

•Felisa Chaloupek, 33, Blanca, was summoned for theft under $100 at Wal Mart.

•Julian Morine, 31, San Luis, was summoned and taken into custody for violating a restraining order prohibiting alcohol consumption.

•Ricky Vargas, 43, Alamosa, was summoned for having an open alcohol container at the 1200 block of Main Street. He refused to sign the ticket.

•Trey Anthony Bradberry, 22, Alamosa, was summoned for driving with a revoked license.

•Dawn Kocjancic, 46, Alamosa, was cited for failing to show compulsory insurance, $600, 4 points.



August 29

•Ronnie Rudolph Mascarenas, 20, Monte Vista, was summoned for underage consumption at 719 Main Street.

•Jimmy Garcia, 34, Monte Vista, was summoned for assault at 513 State Avenue.

•Eva Pauline Deherrera, 78, Alamosa, was cited for careless driving, $200, 4 points.

•Jay Joseph Jaynes, 69, Crested Butte, was cited for careless driving, $200, 4 points.

•Jonette Ann Martinez, 43, Pueblo, was cited for unsafely changing lanes, $150, 3 points.

•Analisa Gonzales, 21, Monte Vista, was cited for speeding, 48/35, $150, 4 points.



August 30

•Joesph Taylor Ankeney, 20, Lakewood; Mario Dan Aragon, 39, San Luis; and David Albert Laudette Cordova, 20, Denver were summoned and taken into custody at the Alamosa County Detention Center without bond for first-degree kidnapping; robbery; second-degree assault; use of stun guns; conspiracy; theft and second-degree burglary at 1224 Stave Avenue. The District Attorney requested a felony filing.
