Beloved wife and mother Kiyoko Mizokami Yoshida passed peacefully March 29, 2014 in Ft. Collins, CO. Kiyoko was born in La Junta to Frank Fukataro Mizokami and Hatsuyi Sumida Mizokami on Feb. 28, 1922.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence Toshihiro Yoshida, and had just celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on March 6. The couple lived in the Alamosa area for many years before retiring to Sun City, AZ.
Kiyoko is also survived by her four sons, Eugene (Randi), Stanley (Susan), Alan (Chariese) and Gregg (Sandy), 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and her sister Amy Horiuchi.
The funeral is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Sat. April 5 at First Christian Church in Alamosa. Burial will be at the Alamosa Cemetery.
