ALAMOSA – Alamosa resident Patricia Ann-Michael Box, 68, passed away on October 3, 2012 in Alamosa. She was born on October 13, 1943 to Alexander and Mildred Gradian in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Patricia worked as a registered nurse for 22 years and was a writer and also ran a couple of restaurants. She enjoyed helping Russell with Native American services. She will be remembered as a woman that always gave of herself for others. She was always very loving and will be remembered as such.
She is survived by her husband Russell Box, Sr. of Alamosa, her mother Mildred Gradian, her children; Daniel LaPine, Jeffrey LaPine, Keith Impey and Christopher LaPine, her brother and sisters; Michael J. Gradian of Meridian, Idaho, Paul Gradian, Mark Gradian and Jean Gregersen all of Wisconsin, her special daughter Julie Fletcher and her aunt Elaine Reichert.
Patricia was preceded in death by her father, A.J. Gradian and her brothers Sgt. Richard Gradian and LCPL Robert Gradian.
Cremation was selected and a memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday October 11, 2012 at the Rogers Family Mortuary in Alamosa.
