APD hunts for bowling bandit

ALAMOSA — The Alamosa Police Department (APD) is on the lookout for a white male who allegedly broke into a van at the ABC Pro Bowl, 204 Victoria Avenue, on Wed., July 23 around 1:30 p.m.

The APD has video footage of the bald and tattooed suspect who walked into the bowling alley around the same time of the break in that afternoon, according to APD reports. He was wearing a white muscle shirt with blue stripes and had a small backpack. The video also shows the same man approaching the burgled vehicle.

The only missing item from the van was a pack of Camel cigarettes worth $5, according to APD reports.

Anyone with information about the man who allegedly broke into the van at the bowling alley is asked to call Crimestoppers, 589-4111. Crimestoppers pays for information that leads to the arrest of criminal offenders. Citizens may report crimes anonymously and remain eligible for rewards.
