ALAMOSA — In atypical fashion, the Alamosa County Commissioners (ACC) Wednesday heard the first reading of the proposed medical marijuana amendments, which include a new enforcement section, and took public comment on the matter.
The ACC did not make any decisions regarding the uncontested amendments to Ordinance 16, but set a June 11 second reading and adoption date.
