ALAMOSA — Kenan Bussen, 21, entered a plea of “no contest” to two charges in connection with a suspected explosive device discovered on the Adams State University campus last October.
District Court Judge Michael A. You won’t be able to come back and change your mind or challenge the charges if you enter this plea.”
