Emergency responders converge at the scene of a semi/car accident at Sixth and Edison in downtown Alamosa mid afternoon on Friday. Driver Betty Valdez of Alamosa was not injured in this crash, which occurred as she and the semi driver turned onto Sixth Street (Highway 160 East). Fortunately no one was in the passenger seat of her car.
