Loved and cherished, Rudy Jaramillo, 80 years of age, went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 27, 2024. Rudy was born in Center, Colo., on Aug. 2, 1943, to Albert S Jaramillo and Floriada Tafoya Jaramillo.

Rudy graduated from Center High School in Center, Colo. Rudy took courses at Adams State College in Alamosa and later got his associate’s degree at the University of Boulder in Boulder Colorado. Then he went on to receive his bachelor’s degree at Arapaho State College in Denver, Colo.

Rudy was employed by Logan Mental Institute for 25 years. Rudy resided in Denver, Colo., till his passing.

Rudy is survived by his sister Patty Jaramillo, sister-in-law Cora Jaramillo, his nephew Albert Jaramillo who he loved very much, and many nephews and nieces.

Rudy was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Floriada Jaramillo and his brothers Sammy, Johnny, George, Paul and sister Helen Jaramillo.

Rudy will be missed and forever loved. The family chose cremation per his wishes. His ashes will be buried at the foot of his parents’ graves at a later time.
